apricot jam! never have made it. we just finished our strawberry. between your posts here and a couple of the books i'm reading, i am craving a french or italian country market. i am so jealous.

Oh my your apricot jam looks delicious. I do strawberries, blueberries jam from fruits found locally. I'll have to look for apricots. Simply delicious.
